3 /5 Lena Simon: This was my family’s and my first time at this restaurant. We expected a long wait since it was New Year’s Eve. While waiting for a table, we observed one of the waiters touching the dinner rolls with his fingers before taking them to guests’ tables. My husband told the waiter that he shouldn’t have his fingers in the bread, and the waiter responded that it wasn’t touching.
A few minutes later we were seated and placed our order, only to be told after giving his order that they were out of the meal. She was was like oh we are out of that. This information should have been shared upfront when we were seated. When our food arrived, my husband’s steak was rare throughout most of the meat instead of medium rare. My son’s burger was burnt and very small, and his loaded fries looked old (see photos). My food was bland.
Overall, we were not impressed with this restaurant. This will be our first and last visit. Management did come to speak with us and took a portion off the bill.
