3 /5 Joshua Miller: My overall experience was positive. However, the menu and food were a confusing experience. The wood fired chicken was unavailable and so was the coulotte steak. The menu lists wagyu as an option on the pizza but does not indicate which cut. The menu also lists a black opal wagyu steak but does not list the cut. That is what I ended up ordering which was a denver steak. The steak was actually phenomenal and one of the best steaks I have ever received at a restaurant. It had a nice char and butter. It was also cooked to a perfect medium rare. It was very tender. The green beans were under seasoned and the mashed potatoes were dry. My wife got a pizza with caramelized onions and basil. However, the onions were not caramelized and the pizza had parsley instead of basil. The cheese also did not have much flavor. Overall, the pizza was pretty mid. Seemed like something you would get from one of those make your own fast casual pizza joints. The atmosphere was fun and our waitress was very kind and patient.
