1 /5 Danielle Hampton: I just went in store to return some items on Friday night that I had bought online a few months ago. I went through my emails (I get a lot) and couldnt find the receipt and told the girl at the register this. She said she cant refund me but can give me store credit, which I said was okay. Another girl then came over and asked the original girl that was helping me and myself when I bought the shirt. I said Im not sure but I know it was a couple months ago. She responded "We had this item in October 2023. We cant give you store credit without proof of purchase." (What is the point of store credit then?)Her response was smart and I ended up going through my emails and finding the receipt. I made the purchase in April 2024. Im not sure why she felt the need to throw that in there but it felt judgmental and accusatory.
