1 /5 Jason A (TheHangingBrain): This place is terrible. The place is unorganized and unkempt. The employees show signs of being overworked and underpaid. Its so bad that I caught myself organizing the fragrance section because my adhd tendencies couldnt handle the madness. They never seem to restock anything, either. Its like going to a garage sale at the last few hours.

5 /5 sapphire Lynn: Been coming here for years but this was the first time I ever met Jamie, the woman who cashed me out. She was so nice and joyful. You could tell she loved her job and she even said so. She talked about her great employees and it was just a really nice experience :)

5 /5 Franchesca Queens: Very respectful employees and they give u your room to shop not stare a hole through your skull that a lot of stores do now a days to make you uncomfortable to feel like you dont belong or your stealing. But no I love this store here in taylor. The hours I absolutely love that they close at 11pm enough time for me to get there due to all other stores closing at 9 on the dot is pathetic

1 /5 M J: When I entered this store, I heard what sounded like the Islamic call to prayer playing through an employee’s speaker. While I respect everyone’s right to their faith, I don’t believe this aligns with Burlington’s policy or the goal of keeping a neutral shopping environment for all customers and employees comfortability. Religious activities are best done on personal time, not during work hours. I’ll be sharing this concern with Burlington’s corporate office by phone and website for review.
