1 /5 Brian M: My review is regarding my customer service experience only-not the shop. All of this began on October 3rd. I emailed the shop, and asked if they were interested in taking a look at a small vintage collection I have (I had found out that they travel within a certain radius if you can’t bring stuff in to them). They took a look at some pictures and said they’d like to set up something for next week. I immediately responded and it’s been 12 days since that last email (I also followed up via calling the shop). What is going on in retail? A 30 second response would have sufficed. Professionalism and polite thoughtfulness goes a long way.
