1 /5 Hunter Winters: Horrible experience! My wife purchased a swimsuit and the cashier failed to remove a security tag. We didn’t notice until we got home and came back 3 days later. We never got a receipt because of us living out of town and went back to have them remove the tag.
Their manager was so incredibly rude and unhelpful, we brought the swimsuit in original bag with the credit card used to purchase the item and a virtual confirmation. Their manager proceeded to tell us it was our fault for not getting a receipt and that we would have to wait for her to get an email from corporate to remove the security tag. She then proceeded to argue with us and have us leave the store with the tag still intact to the swimsuit. Don’t worry Gliks, you can remove security tags with the same bags your items come in.
Future notice, if we were gonna steal an item I wouldn’t have come back to get a tag off, please think about hiring a manger with a few brain cells and that doesnt blame the customers for their cashiers not removing security tags.
