3 /5 Kenneth Russell: Customer Service from all the salespeople, service department and pick up and order department are excellent. The management however needs work. The restrooms are near stocked with paper towels or soap.

4 /5 Britney Wright: I recently had a good shopping experience At JCPenney‘s, I was there a little over a week ago. I just Remembered to make my review. I really liked how the younger workers always speak up greeting customers that make you feel welcomed when you walk in. They are friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with anything you need which makes shopping much more enjoyable. The store also has great discounts and I like seeing the new clothes and updated styles being brought in. It show’s that the store is keeping up with current trends while still offering good prices. One thing I did notice that was a group of older women working around the shoe department who didn’t seem as welcoming. Their facial expressions make them look upset or are interested, which gives JCPenney a slightly bad look compared to a positivity energy from other employees customer service is really affects our shoppers feel so having friendly attitudes throughout their store would make the experience even better. overall I still enjoy enjoying shopping here because of the help staff, good sales and variety clothing options.

1 /5 Super Ahmed: Yesterday, Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at around 6:30 to 7:00 PM in the childrens shoes section, there was a sign that said there was a sale from 50 to 34. When I took two pairs of shoes for my children, when I got to the checkout, there were two female cashirs saying that there was no sale and asked me to pay 111$. When I asked them both to check the section and see if there was a sale sign, they both refused and were rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this was my first experience, and it was very bad. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this branch.
