5 /5 Ben Cooper: I had to return a Christmas gift that didnt fit. The process was very fast and easy. No wait. Staff was polite and professional. Store was very clean and well maintained.

5 /5 Matthew Curry: Shopping for a birthday present, looking for a daypack, didn’t find one here but they had some really nice clothes. I will probably come back early fall as they had some nice fall shirts that I liked. Nice selection!

5 /5 Elizabeth Ringelberg: Love Lands End. Been purchasing from them for over 40 years. Recently purchased 3 sets of sheets to use as gifts for grown kids in the future. Then saw that I could get them for a savings of $20 per set. I called to see if I could get a price adjustment. Was told that since it was over one week since order I couldn’t get a price adjustment but that I could return and reorder. I can and will do that but it is inconvenient for me and costly for them to process a return

1 /5 Consumer Jenn: The store used to be great because it catered to a variety of sizes. Now, if you don’t fit into a particular box, good luck finding some clothing. You have about five choices. Thanks, Lands End! I’ll take my harder dollars somewhere else.
