I keep texting them and also my sister in law testing them they respond once but they don’t even ask what we need . We keep telling them we need dress for our wedding ceremony, they should tell us have or not they’re totally ignored us. There is a complete lack of communication. which makes me question the professionalism and reliability of this brand. Its a shame because the clothes are nice, but the customer experience is terrible."
