1 /5 Nicole Bradich: Monica was absolutely the best. She was so helpful and hilarious, my boyfriend and I cracked up with her for quite some time. She has the right personality for that job no doubt. She alone deserves 5 stars. The reason we were so disappointed is the quality of what we purchased. At lovers Lane any toy you wanna check out, they take out of the box and show you how it works on your hand. Well, long story short we spent well over $200 and got home to realize both of the electronic toys are completely a waste! One can sit on the charger all day and only last 5 to 7 minutes max. The other one wont even charge it shows it is charging but never turns on. So apparently them opening the packages to demo should be limited to one tester versus you going home with two expensive duds!!!! Im quite disappointed especially because their return policy is basically, "oh well, luck of the draw, youre stuck with two garbage toys!" My boyfriend and will not be returning as long as this is their policy!

5 /5 Elisabeth Northrup: Ava was so fantastic and helpful, confidence boosting, professional, and kind. She was the perfect amount of attentive and left us to browse by ourselves, too. 10/10 experience. She answered every question we had. This was the best experience weve had in a store like this.

1 /5 Alia Since: An absolute illusion of quality. Lover’s Lane works by making you think what you’re buying is a reasonable and even “quality” toy, but it almost never is. Unless you plan on wasting money, have a huge discount, or just need essentials like Lube; I don’t see a reason for coming here. Just another attempt at fooling the customer with garbage you can find on any website. I feel horrible for the employees that have to find the middle ground between reason and doing their jobs.

5 /5 Lindsey Jones: Absolutely fantastic associates. They were welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. They answered all my questions. Treasure was a pleasure. She was kind and went out of her way to make sure she was able to provide me with the best feedback. Jazmine the manager was sweet and accommodating. I had such a fantastic experience. I had many questions and they were able to to provide me detailed information about every thing I asked. They took their time with me. I highly recommend this store. Its atmosphere was comfortable and I felt like a valued customer.
