3 /5 Kyla Davis: love the clothes but customer service sucks! bought a pair of lashes yesterday and the lady forgot to put them in the bag, didn’t notice til this morning so i called to let them know i would be coming to get them. lady proceeds to say come after 3 pm because that’s when the lady will there, says something on the lines of She doesn’t know what happened i could be stealing. First you don’t even know who service me, secondly im not about to say i didn’t receive an item if i really didn’t. who has to steal some 5.99 lashes, i paid for them so i going to get them. the attitudes with ppl gotta go you choose your job not me be better ! not mention she hung up on me while i was talking verrrry rude and disrespectful

1 /5 Chloelle Bond: DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased a purse and didn’t get to wear it because the time I got the venue the strap broke completely off the purse! I took it to the store to exchange it and was told there’s nothing they can do because it wasn’t in its original condition. THAT WAS THE WHOLE REASON FOR BRINGING IT IN TO EXCHANGE! I shopped at Madrag when I lived in Florida and never had anything break on me or poor customer service. BUYER BEWARE!
