5 /5 Star Danyal: My experience at Plato’s Closet on Hall Road was absolutely incredible. I have been here a couple of times before, but this recent experience that I had with them was amazing. Firstly, the entire atmosphere is so lively and fun. I love how clean and organized everything is. From the clothes to the decorations, you can tell they put in a ton of effort into keeping everything together. Also, their mannequins have the cutest outfits on. My sisters and I were so obsessed with how they were styled that we bought things off the mannequins. In addition, the staff were the sweetest people in the world. We were greeted by Meri and Shayna. I am so glad they helped us because they are the most welcoming, friendly, and professional girls out there. Their energies were so positive and brought life to the store. Also, there was a donation section to raise money for the cutest horse ever named Mike. We spoke with Keylie who explained that her family was raising money for food and supplies for Mike since he was rescued. She is such a kind and caring soul for animals in need, and we were more than happy to donate to them. Overall, this experience was incredible and I am definitely recommending this Plato’s location for those who are looking for something to purchase. 10/10 experience and we are definitely returning.

The staff was very nice and really fast to help out. Mary and Shayna were really cool and immediately helped me when I asked them. Definitely going to come back again at some point.

They were both incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and they genuinely cared about helping me find pieces I loved. Their customer service is top-tier and they bring such a positive energy to the store. This is the kind of experience that makes you want to come back again and again.
