4 /5 Danielle Dickow: Five stars for selection - its a huge store with tons of gear for all the home teams. Minus a star for their prices - really high, and poor return policy. I received a pack of socks for Christmas and didnt have a receipt. I wanted a smaller size but only one size was on the shelf. I was informed that I couldnt receive store credit but that I must pick something to exchange right then. I was kind of tight on time -- I should have come back for the return another time but I ended up picking out something else in a hurry.

5 /5 ernesto lopez: Sales associate was very helpful and professional in helping locate the products we needed for our grandchildrens. He went looking for the items and brought them to us as we waited by the cashier. A true priceless experience like on the TV commercials. We have bern to other larger competitors and their staff have not do displayed the same disposition. I recommend you Rally house, their corporate culture does value its customers.

5 /5 Mo Brink: Your staff is fabulous! Jonathan at the W. Bloomfield, Mi store was the best. We had 8 boy grandchildren to buy for and he knew every product and was so fun! Thanks for making our experience so memorable. We will be back!!
