1 /5 Jessica Fortener: I wish I could give "0" stars. My mother walked in this morning and was greeted by the associate with them asking what size she was. My mother was caught off guard by the question as she had not mentioned that she was there shopping for herself or a gift. She answered the question with her size "14", and the associate responded with, "We do not go up to that size, we have nothing here for you." This is beyond inappropriate, even if there isnt an item there for my mother. Please consider the consequences of your words. Next time you see someone who most likely isnt the target customer of your business, greet them kindly and allow them to make that decision themselves. Maybe you should also consider inclusivity. I understand that the garment industry makes it difficult for a wide range of sizes, but maybe you can include the women who cannot fit into straight sizing by having a selection of accessories?
