1 /5 Brieanna: The two ladies working there today ( August 12th at about 3 pm ) were HORRIBLE ... so INCREDIBLY rude and forgot to ring up half my stuff! They need to be fired. I will never come here again.

5 /5 Kimberly Dilaura: First off Jill the manager is fabulous she is always so helpful. Her staff that she has is as pleasant as her to me that is my number one rue21. I have 3 daughters and myself and we shop all the time. I just had my 52nd birthday I know Im older but theres always something to find I enjoy this store and I enjoy your clothes thank you

1 /5 ayepomeroy: Ordered some jeans online, needed a bigger size. Website said Hoover 11 had them in stock, I called to ask, even gave them the style number. they said no. So I went myself to see and low and behold I found them. Makes me wonder if they even bothered looking or if they just said no.

3 /5 Sweet N Spicy: The staff are friendly and answer questions but dont know what theyre talking about & give wrong info. They follow you and dont let you look around without being up under you asking you constantly if you need something. I told them my original size and asked them what itd be in theirs because of how clothes fit smaller & bigger depending & completely wrong... That stuff was so tight in certain areas and loose in others, ALL of the clothing is EXTREMELY THIN.
