1 /5 Tramaja Slade: I placed in order with Swank A Posh on October 13, 2025 well, needless to say, I received the order on December 24th.
Not only was the order two months and some days later.It was also the wrong order.
I ordered a 12-14 leather stacked jeans
And I received a small flair jeans that looked like it was made for a little girl.
I am 510- the stacked jean had a 33inseam. The jeanes that were sent look like it could fit a 11yr old child. it has been extremely frustrating trying to get in contact with someone to get this order sent back. Or trying to get someone to respond as to where my order was. I just keep getting automated emails that keep telling me, It will be 24 to 48 hours before a response to me which I would later find out that it would be automated Ive tried to call, cannot get in contact with anyone. I am highly disappointed because I purchased something from here before and I did like the quality. This customer service experience has been the absolute worst. If this is how they stand on business, they should close period! I am a business owner myself. I do not do business this way. Customer service in my business is a culture, not a department. It is clear that the customer service department here and in Swank, a posh, its closed. This is extremely sad at this point I just want my money back and they can have their product back which I just returned to sender. I cannot get a fluid line of communication So that I may get the return label to send them their product to garner the tracking. I think this stalling tactic will make it past the 14 days they give you to send things back this way they dont honor during the return.. Not only are they making me pay to send back WHAT I DID NOT ORDER., they are trying to also make me get a store credit. ☠️☠️
Its the testicular a fortitude for me I was the one that was done wrong. And got the wrong product, no response from. A human, TBH AI does better. I
had to wait almost three months now today I just want to be finished with the relationship and get a full refund for what I paid for and didn rcv. I do not want a store credit. I just want a refund and move on. YOURE PRODUCT IS WELL ON THE WAY BACK TO YOU.
