5 /5 Mike Arbit: Ive been going to AFS 2-3 times per week for the last 9 months. I needed something to get me moving. I didnt set any meaningful goals beyond that - just showing up to classes and doing the exercises. After 6 months, my strength had improved immensely. After another 3 months, it improved again, and my aerobic fitness improved too. The process truly works, and the coaches are there every step of the way with whatever kind of support you need. If you want to get in shape, get stronger, or (like me) just get moving, I highly, highly recommend AFS.
