1 /5 Doug B: They say it’s not a MLM but it is. Trust me. They will try to sell you products you don’t need or can’t afford. If you try to work for them they promise you that “You’ll be your own boss” but you still have to report to a supervisor. The leads they give are people who aren’t interested or sometimes dead.

1 /5 John R Burke: We have been trying to cancel our policy for five months now. Reps will not call us back, the general customer service line will not respond or says they cannot help us with that and that a rep will have to get back to us. Stay away from this company. Horrible customer support beyond getting your money.

2 /5 Julie Campbell: I am on the national do-not-call list so they had no business calling me in the first place. When the woman told me where she was from, I politely told her I was not interested, but thank you and goodbye. She called back ten seconds later. That time I was not so polite but simply said "I cannot believe you called right back" and hung up again. Ten seconds later, she called AGAIN. And ten seconds after that hang up and ten seconds after the next. Really?!?!?! You effing think I will EVER purchase any kind of product from you? I wouldnt even recommend Bankers Life to my ex-husband.
