Melanie Marquez: They took forever trying to help to me.. (4 weeks) the employee even said, I have asked you everything except your blood type form.. so not sure where the delays come from, but the process was very frustrating to be just denied! I believe they could have known if I was approved or not approved within a week! Not 4 weeks. Have a list for the client for what’s needed instead asking for a new document every other day or week! A lot of unprofessionalism. I will never go to this company again or recommend them.. try to get a loan through a credit union or actual bank if possible. I didn’t try but going forward that will be my next step!
