1 /5 Firstname Lastname: Called to make an appointment as was told this was the only Comerica that DOESN’T allow appointments. I was told I’d have to just show up and wait around hoping someone had time to help me. I’m very busy, and so I called the next Comerica and of course they were able to make the appointment. Not sure why THIS Comerica couldn’t do the same thing.

3 /5 Let’s Be Real: I have to give them a 3 star review mostly based on the manager. She was not the most polite or helpful woman. Maybe she was having a bad day, but having read the other reviews it seems that she may have a history of not great service. Thankfully we were transferred over to Megan who was the absolute BEST. Professional, polite, courteous, understanding, personable and supremely helpful and intelligent. The bank tellers are wonderful, also, I have been going there for decades (though have been out of state for 10 plus years) But anyway HUGE shout out to Megan, she is beyond wonderful and deserves a promotion!!

PNC Bank - Taylor

Christopher Rich: Went and deposited a check at a teller and specifically requested express funds. She said it wasn’t not a problem and read me the whole legal deal and said it would be a 20 dollar fee to which I said was fine. Left the bank and checked the account once I got home and there was no money from the check in my account. After calling and being placed on hold for a while the teller that processed the check said it was a system error and the funds would not be available until the next day which is a problem because I specifically asked for the express funds because I needed the funds today. I was told there was nothing that can be done. I am pretty sure there was no system error and it was a teller error and the whole system error was a cover to protect herself. I was not born yesterday. If you need to put a check in the bank, I would not recommend this location for teller service. This is supposed to be a professional establishment and I find it absolutely unacceptable that they can play games with people’s money like this and not even admit they made a mistake, instead just blame it on a system error.

Denise Davis: Ive been a Citizens customer way before they were Citizens, Charter One, actually. Now, Im getting really perturbed about the customer service that is not shown when pertaining to their ATM functionality. 90% of the time is down, out of money or will NOT accept deposits! Currently, I only have this account with them out of convenience, but its not convenient anymore! I have to drive all over town to find a functioning ATM to do simple transactions. Not just this location, but many others. Time to bank elsewhere!
