1 /5 Amanda Smith: Please keep your money out of this place! They have a habit of treating members like numbers and don’t care about anything but profit even tho they’re a non profit. I get overdrafted checking on $2 and they charged me 30$ even tho the 2$ was in my savings and said they can’t reverse that bc they already provided a courtesy even tho I banked there over30 years and have only asked for a reversal 3 times total! I been there since they were MOPAR credit! Yet they claim I been am ever since 2011 do they not have record of their history? The e services agents will take forever to finally respond to you and then will barely answer questions. Then they tell you they need a form completed, never send it until you follow up, then send it wrong twice and then say I never actually needed that. This place has really gotten messy since Covid!!!
