    L Dietz: This company has caused me so much grief. Car rite the company I bought my car from sold me a car that was not safe and offered warranties that they never honored. I spent 5k fixing the car. The dealer they sent me to told me the car was not drivable. Car rite told me I could return it and I did. After that Brite never sent me any information. I contacted them because 2 years later they reported to my credit that I owed them $5000 I tried to request a invoice so I knew what I was being charged for. They were rude and refused to even give me a invoice and proceeded to hang up on me. I offered to pay payments for the amount I owed which was around $1200 they refused to take a payment. Went to court received a judgement on me and then took a different vehicle from me and sold it at a auction. I have been asking for over a year for proof of sale and or a credit for the car that had nothing to do with them that they stole and still after a year have never provided me proof of what they sold my other car for. Now I have paid them the total amount they say I owed because I felt I had no choice or my credit would be destroyed. So they got the full amount they were requesting plus a vehicle that had nothing to do with this account. Still after all this they are reporting a repossession and a balance on my credit. Everything on my credit report is incorrect even the amount they say I borrowed. I would never Recommend this crooked company to anyone. Even if you trying to build your credit as they claim to do. They will destroy your life! Stay away! Buyer beware!

    Hawk 411: **Before I write this review I need to make it known that this is not a review of this branch in particular, or the employees who work at this location. This is a review of Flagstar as an banking entity. **IF YOUR MORTGAGE GETS TRANSFERRED TO FLAGSTAR, READ THIS** I have NEVER experienced such blatant incompetence and utter disregard for customers as I have with Flagstar Bank. Three weeks ago, I found out that they shorted my escrow account, causing a severe shortage and forcing me into an absurd increase in my monthly payments—over $700 more than I was paying before. With a baby on the way, this is not just inconvenient, its financially crippling. I’ve called customer service multiple times, and all I get are agents who are completely useless. They have no clue how to fix the issue, and worse, they’re working with inaccurate, fabricated information. Their “automated system” is a joke, and none of them seem capable or willing to actually verify anything or admit when they’ve made a mistake. Even when I point out obvious discrepancies, they refuse to correct the information, acting as if I’m the one at fault. Their system reports that my property taxes and property insurance have doubled. I have evidence that they, in fact, have not increased. And the issue was created by their faulty unchecked system. Every agent, managers included, possess no interest or competence to be able to do their job and investigate and resolve the matter using their own intelligence. Whatever the automated software says, goes. No matter how wildy false it may be. What a joke. As of now, the problem remains unresolved, and I’m stuck paying higher payments because Flagstar cant do their job right. This is outrageous and completely unacceptable. I will be writing negative reviews until I feel satisfied knowing that Ive warned as many people as possible. It is simply not right that a banking entity is able to mess up this bad and face no consequences. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT bank with Flagstar. They’ll mishandle your account, ignore your concerns, and leave you with a mess to clean up while they sit on their hands. It’s a nightmare I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
