3 /5 Amanda: I like credit union one as a whole, the idea is being able to get a new card in the building with your same numbers is a plus however my biggest issue with them is the atm CONSTANTLY is down for deposit. This is super inconvenient and the issue needs to be resolved. It’s happened easily more than 10 times in the past few months. If the issue occurs, I’ll have to take my business elsewhere. Update.. my initial review was a month ago. Here is a photo of yet ANOTHER interaction a month later 07-06-24 with the deposit not working. Go figure. Fix your guy’s machine!

Starting from my days at the DMC to this present day all of the staff have treated me and my wife with the utmost respect and provided us with A1 service. Keep Up The Great Work .
