1 /5 Michael Kish: Ive used this bank for years until recently moving my funds elsewhere the call center feels like they can treat customers however they feel and the bank wont even contact the call center to ask why? Tried over charging an account nearly a couple thousand no accountability at this bank dont plan on them answering calls either bank has no number except the call center good luck with help there. Terrible service over all claimed they would fix problems never even tried

1 /5 Jennifer Jatel: Usually a positive experience, however today I waited ten minutes in the drive thru without even being greeted. It wasn’t until I pushed the call button that someone arrived. I understand being busy and or short staffed, however a greeting from someone would have been nice.
