1 /5 Michael Balcom: Terrible customer service. Twice the young girl at the counter on the inside has been rude. The first time I handed her my ID and a check to deposit and stated Id like to make a deposit into my account, but I dont have my account number. She slid my items back to me, slid me a deposit slip and just looked at me. Today when I told her I wanted to close out my account she said, "Do you even have your debit card?", not, "Oh Im sorry to hear that!" Or "What can we do to keep your business??" Nothing. She then went to get approval from another person in one of the glass offices. That lady looked me up and down through the glass, turned back to her computer, signed the paper and handed it back to the girl over her shoulder as she continued to face her computer. Not one person bothered to come and ask me why I was wanting to leave the bank? Ive asked other people, and theyve all said the same thing, horrible customer service and they all left.
