Ive also had the pleasure of working with some truly wonderful Extra CU employees. Connie just helped me complete financing for a new vehicle. It was difficult and took longer than it should have due to the Dealer. Connie went above and beyond... becoming more of a customer advocate than a loan processor. I now have the car I want, at the rate I earned with her help. Thank you Connie!!!!

Jackie Kay: I came to Our Credit Union back in 2020 and opened up a savings account. I then proceeded to purchase a car and took out a loan with them. Best experience! I was 20 years old at the time, never done such a thing before, and was honestly scared of making such a big financial move. Since day one the staff at both Warren and Royal Oak locations have been extremely helpful through my journey. They looked out for me as if i was their own family member! I got AMAZING rates with them and last month I just made my last payment on my car! (Yay!) I will continue recommend this credit union to everyone I know.

Jolena Brown: Been with this credit Union for a over 2 years. Customer service is satisfactory and the bankers ALWAYS appear to be as you are bothering them. Not very helpful and sharing with information. The hold time when calling and trying to reach any department is less than acceptable. Disappointed in choosing this credit union, truly in sear h if a new one and definitely would not recommend this to co-workers, as I am in Human Resources.

Michael Tabaczynski: Lake Trust is always there to help you when you need a product or service. Their staff are always pleasant, friendly, and prompt. My favorite team of people are the staff at the Center Line branch. I have been going to this branch since it was Father Kramer Credit Union, and when it turned to Lake Trust, I received the same great service. Robin is the absolute best and has been there since I got my account when it was Fr. Kramer. This was the place I got my first auto loan as well. Everyone at this branch is so nice, helpful, and take the time to get to know their members. I highly recommend Lake Trust Credit Union to anyone looking for a financial institution that provides great, easy, and simple products, along with their technology and great member service.

Shannon Perry: This is the absolute worst bank to get a loan through. They give you the run around they refuse to help you. They report false info to the credit agency and ruin people’s credit. The customer service is rude! They have my money cashed my check for over 3000 to pay off my loan but they said there is a 30 day hold for my title. So does they mean I get my 3000 back while you wait? Nope! If I could give them 0 stars I could. From the moment I have been with them it has been nothing but horrible. I do not recommend doing business with them to anyone!
