I truly appreciate that I get corrected on my form, because that is what I really need! Other attendees have also been kind and helpful! I even tried the free classes they offer, and enjoyed each one!! I would totally recommend checking this place out, it is inclusive to all!

5 /5 Shannon Roache: I’ve been a member at this location for almost 2 years now and the people alone will make you want to stay. Everyone is so friendly and continuously cheers you on. We have some great friendly competition as well! The trainers are amazing and super helpful. If you’re sick of the same boring workouts, come try f45 because I have yet to repeat a workout here! The workouts are challenging, but offer modifications if needed

The trainers are fantastic at offering modifications when needed, while also pushing you (in the best way!) to challenge yourself and lift heavier. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and motivated. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Kelly Kruk: I am at my strongest in my fitness lifestyle with the help of F45 North Livonia! I’m not going to lie, I was unsure and nervous the first few visits but now I can’t say enough good things and I enjoy showing up! My main goal for joining was to focus on my form and the trainers get me right every class (you know who you are!!). Honestly, I have made a complete 180 in how I was training on my own and see major changes in my form. The classes are always interesting and 45 minutes later you leave feeling pumped!

5 /5 Raymond Llonillo: When I tried out F45 I immediately liked the fact that all the necessary equipment was prepared for you. Its extremely efficient you are rotating stations with a time frame to complete each exercise and a certain number of laps. No waiting for people to get a off of a machine like a regular gym. Now instead of working out on my own for up to 2 hours its condensed down to 45 minutes. The exercises are well thought out being both upper and lower body and a mix of cardio and resistance training. What really got me hooked was when the trainer would periodically come and give me some technical pointers to improve my form. So even though youre in a group class you get some level of individual training. Ive been to too many gyms that just let you go through the motions with poor technique. Im 3 weeks in and I already noticed the difference in my strength and endurance. At home, I recently lifted a dining room chair over my head with ease, surprised by how evenly the muscles throughout my body supported me. Normally I would strain some part of me in that chain that was weak. Im only 3 weeks in, looking forward to seeing the results months into my annual membership.
