1 /5 Nicole Gibson: I wish I could give this a zero-star rating. I have owned this car for less than six months, and the transmission has already failed twice. It is currently at Mid-Michigan, and I have not received any updates yet. The warranty department is the most frustrating part of this entire situation. I usually dont leave reviews, but the warranty department needs significant improvement. Whoever Hannah is, she requires assistance in that department because there is no reason for the communication to be this lacking when someone is still making payments on the car.
