1 /5 Trucking W/ Anyce: I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from DESIREE (June 18th, 2025). She’s extremely rude and dismissive. Due to her unacceptable behavior, I’ll be closing my account especially with someone like her representing FLAGSTAR in dearbourn. I’ve never experienced such treatment from any other bank i’ve used. I applied for a line of credit credit card over the phone on June 5th, which I believe Desiree processed. I was informed that I would receive a letter in the mail, but it has been nearly two weeks with zero communication. They’ve already ran my credit which shows a hard inquiry on my credit report. Today, June 18th, I contacted the bank to request a status update, and Desiree was extremely aggressive, dissmissive and rude. She stated that she is unable to check the status and cannot assist me.
