I’ve got bad discs in my back, and he was super mindful of that always making sure my form was right, never pushing me past a safe limit, and still finding ways to help me get stronger and more confident.
He even helped me hit my first deadlift, which felt like a huge win given my back issues. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and really knows how to get results without risking injury. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smart, genuine trainer who actually cares.
