1 /5 Íšłãm Šhãmšùł: Ive been a loyal banking customer with Genisys for a long time, but my recent experience applying for an auto loan was incredibly disappointing. The underwriter and loan officer were unhelpful and lacked clear communication throughout the process. I expected better service after years of banking with them, but instead I felt dismissed and unsupported. This experience has made me lose trust in their ability to meet my financial needs, and I’ve decided to move all of my money elsewhere. I can’t recommend them for auto loans or lending services — don’t waste your time.

5 /5 Roni Foster: First of all, Ive had for many years I am 76. I make mistakes like losing my credit card if I have a bad financial month they work with me. Theyre very accommodating. Help you through the hard times as well as the good times. Ill never go anywhere else and their employees are very kind and understanding Thank you for all your help and your wonderful staff

2 /5 J F: Super slow service in the drive thru. The other day it said the drive thru was open but after 15 minutes and pressing the call button 5 times no one came. Today I called to make sure it was open before I wasted a trip there but it took 3 calls before anyone even answered the phone. Ridiculous.
