3 /5 New Account: Mike the manager needs an attitude adjustment. He’s demeanor is very rude and not welcoming. another guy that manages he’s very sweet and helpful & care about the safety of the members durning after hours. The gym is hot no AC. Other than that I do like the gym!

1 /5 Jay Jay: I used to really enjoy coming here, but now that it’s summer, the air conditioning is either not on or not working properly. It feels more like a sauna than a gym—hot, humid, and extremely uncomfortable to work out in, especially when the gym gets crowded. For the amount we pay in membership fees, you’d expect a climate-controlled environment that supports a safe and effective workout. Unfortunately I’ll be canceling my membership.

1 /5 M D (D): The past few weeks the gym has been hotter inside than outside. Pay too much in membership for the A/C to not be on in the summer months. The maintence of the machines is poor. Something is always broken. Upgrades are often cheap amazon buys. The staff and team do their best to keep it cleaned and maintained but the place needs a deep clean

1 /5 sofia: Easily the worst Gold’s Gym I’ve ever been to. The air conditioning is never on, even in the middle of summer — it’s unbearable. The machines are outdated and constantly broken, and nothing ever gets replaced. Worst of all, they let kids run around everywhere like its a daycare. Super distracting and honestly not safe. Thinking of switching gyms ASAP.

3 /5 Anonymous Human: We are writing on the behalf of the family who have been coming here for years through our fitness your way membership. I wanted to submit some feedback on the recent decision to not turn the AC on during the last few summer weeks. We work out really hard and the lack of AC has been really overwhelming as it’s been so hot. We have a few other gyms memberships and will needing to switch, at least until the AC situation is fixed. This is unfortunate because we love it here. Additionally, I think they’d really benefit from hiring a cleaning crew at least once a week. I’ll be happy to delete this upon action to resolve the situation.
