The facility is clean and all the equipment is new. I participate in their bootcamp class 3 to 4 times a week and schedule a monthly wonderful massage (or more often). I cant say enough about the high quality service and expert training. Top notch and I highly recommend!

5 /5 Nancy Locklear: The facility has everything needed for your fitness needs, including individual and group workout sessions. Membership costs are very affordable. Tim is an amazing trainer. My husband tells me that his wife, Michelle is an amamzing massage therapist. Price point for the various length of the massage sessions are very reasonable.

Josh Malan: Crossfit Fate is a great gym to drop into if youre in the area. Awesome coaching and a very welcoming atmosphere. Spoke with the owner Tyler for a little and could tell he was a solid guy. The place definitely gives old school crossfit vibes which is a big plus. Ill definitely drop in again next time Im in the area.

Everyone from Kavinda and the front office team to the trainers are incredibly friendly and welcoming the moment you walk in. The trainers are fantastic, Owen and Moe at the Canton location are amazing, and Sam and Kyle in Northville are outstanding. We completely trust Vanita with all of my son’s physical therapy care; she’s been exceptional. Pryde has been a major part of my son’s development over the past 15 months, and I can’t say enough about how well the entire operation is run. Truly top-notch in every way.

Asia M: Make sure you really like this gym. Come more than once before you sign up. Pausing your membership does not count in the months of your term- even though I was falsely told that I could cancel or renew in November, now it’s January. This gym is clean however, I have been to better red light therapies. Meta physica Wellness Center in Detroit has much better red light saunas.
