5 /5 Barb J: I am in love with this place. Its in a great loction so when i show up at all times of the day i feel safe coming in the door. The place is clean and the staff is nice. Its can get busy so i have shared a sauna but there are times when u can work out in peace and take the sweat as it comes with all its glory!. 3 out or 4 stars wouldnt change a thing.

HOTWORX has significantly changed my life in many ways and benefitted my health so much. The staff at this location is great, always accommodating and keeping me motivated, and so so kind. This concept is phenomenal and there’s nothing like it honestly!

The classes are very enjoyable, and I like that there is the FX Zone. My schedule is hard to work around sometimes and I love that it’s 24 hours. 5 out of 5!

shari barouch: I joined Lifetime Bloomfield Hills in September of 2025. Everyone was so welcoming at the front desk. Also, they all remember your name every time you walk in. I have not been to a gym in 20 years. I am a senior citizen. I felt overwhelmed by the size of whole gym. I had no idea where to start. Your first time a trainer takes you around the gym and does an assessment of your muscle and strength. They showed you how to use a few machines. I hired the most wonderful Trainer to help me. Her name is Asal. She is so patient and kind. She pushes me hard, but not to the point that I hate it. She goes up and above the call of duty for me. One time she stayed 20 minutes overtime just to make sure I would be able to get off the treadmill without being dizzy or passing out. Another time she did the same thing. Actually, she has become like a daughter to me. We laugh through the whole work out. And we always give each other a hug and kiss for Hello and Good bye. I know I am in good hands with her and that I am doing all the exercises correctly. The gym is beautiful and well kept. I am happy and proud to be a member of Lifetime in Bloomfield Hills, Mi.

GTC Gymnastics - Rochester Hills

Lee Es: First off, I CANNOT stand this place anymore. The only way to get ahold of someone who works here is physically walk into the place. They do not respond to email or phone calls. We see the lady at her desk everytime we walk in! Does she not answer the phone or voicemail? Is she not checking email at the computer she sits at? Super unprofessional. Second, the trainers used to be good. Now my daughter is with very young coaches who pay no attention to the girls. The gymnasts get away with socializing with no consequences, and its such a waste of time. The "coaches" respond with things like, "Why would you tuck your legs in like that!?" They use negative responses that Ive heard used on numerous occasions. I previously loved the coaches but havent seen a good one in a long time. This is not a cheap class and I think this place is going downhill. It may be better for advanced girls, but if youre a newbie- avoid GTC.
