I’ve been coming here for almost a year (with a short hiatus for surgery/recovery) and I can honestly say that I’ll keep going for as long as I live in the area - and as long as they’ll have me lol. The classes are such a great balance of challenge and basics, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Alyssa and Maya are my personal faves for their pacing and the way they always offer thoughtful modifications, but truly, I haven’t had a single instructor that I didn’t like. No matter who’s teaching, you’re in good hands. If you’re considering trying reformer pilates, UGP is the place to do it!

    Nirmeen H Collier: This place is awesome! I had one last ounce of hope of attempting to lose weight or have weight loss surgery. Im so glad I found this gym because Sonya made all difference! You need the right trainer to help you reach your goals and keep you on track, motivated. Im not where I should be but nothing happens overnight. Everything takes time and Im working hard to make sure Im where I need to be in the expected time frame. Highly recommend!

    Donovan E: This is a nice facility. Great seating to watch a show or enjoy other events . I believe the theater has room for about a 1000 people. We went to the IFBB pro bodybuilding show this weekend. The only downside was the concession restaurant area. There was only one person working trying to help 100 people waiting in line. The tables were not clean and there was a certain amount of trash on the floor.

    Brandon Reeder: Fantastic work out center, pool areas are very nice, kid oriented pool is wonderful. The inside track is nice. The outside track is one of my favorite walks to take near home. Theres a cute little pond near the back of the center along the outside jogging track. Field is always well maintained and the park area outside has never been dirty upon a visit. Always something to do here. If you get a chance to see a show here the auditorium is amazing. Growing up near this location always left me with an activity to do and only a mile away. I now take my kids there and they seem to love it as well.

    Bella Lugosi: I was really liking the gym at first but recently there’s been no wipes to clean the machines just dirty reusable rags in their place which is gross cause I don’t know even want to touch the rag also most of the treadmills have been out if service for weeks now and today the sauna in the woman’s locker room wasn’t hot … at all ?? There’s always a good amount of staff grouped up at the front desk just hanging out when there seems to be a lot of issues … not to mention we were ALL just charged our annual fee of $60 on top of the monthly payment, what is our money going towards ?

    Tityanna Ford: The owner is kind, patient with explaining the process of procedures and results, and provides answers to any questions you may have. She breaks things down so that you know the steps and how you may feel afterwards. I love the atmosphere and being able to feel comfortable as well. My results are already showing and improving with each session.

    Jem M: If youre looking to progress in weight, this place will limit you. However, they have enough that you can work with and I actually find it both fun and challenging to at least progress in intensity (or just maintain). Supersets and giant sets are doable here, since its never very busy. If youre looking for cardio, they have several machines such as a stair master, elliptical bikes (2), recumbent bikes (3), treadmills (4), and ellipticals (3-4). Theres also a track for walking/jogging. While they could use a few heavier dumbbells and a proper bench (at least, since I know the open gym below restricts them for plates and barbell setup), you will usually have the place to yourself and maybe 3-6 other people. That is the beauty of it. Everyone is quite friendly and/or energetic, and the older folk bring me joy. Id hate to leave this place one day, but I know Im going to have to . :(
