    Travis Minogue: Very kind and helpful staff and trainers. Between the two AF gyms in Grand Blanc, this one is the best by having more and better quality equipment, as well as more space for different varieties of training to perform there. There certainly could be a bit more equipment for training in strongman training, but, overall, I would highly recommend this gym to others.

    Ashleigh Bright: Kelly and her staff are amazing. I love the community at this gym. Everyone is friendly and encouraging as youre doing your workout. I love the Monday cardio drumming class to set you up for the week and Saturday morning yoga gets you going for the weekend. Its the perfect size gym to do any workout. You get to know the people who you end up working out with on a weekly basis. I recommend this gym for those needed to get a good workout at a great price without a lot of people.

    Dylan Luna: New place in Downtown Flint. Did serious renovations to a former bar. Amazing service great drinks (recommend Reposado vanilla cider), and just cool vibes. Happy to see Downtown Flint rebirth continues!

    Brian Lyons: Ive spoken to the management of different problems over time and seem to be blown off. I complained about people slamming the weights. It destroys the equipment and hurts peoples ears. Still happening. Today I spoke to the manager about people not cleaning the equipment after use. There is more than one person doing it. The manager made a lame excuse and did nothing. The purpose of cleaning the equipment is to reduce the spread of disease.

    Molly Killingsworth: I visited while in town from Alabama. I joined the cardio tennis class and had individual lessons as well. I had a blast!! The facility is super clean, everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the group I played tennis with was wonderful. I’ll definitely be returning!

    Anna Bug: Tori is a great trainer. She clearly loves what she does and she’s so friendly and adaptable. I went to my first ever fitness class with her and she made me feel so comfortable that I’ve continued to come back each week. I appreciate that she makes workouts accessible for all strength levels.
