    Roxanne Pierre: Im trying to request a refund. My mom passed away in October 2024, I wasnt aware there was extended warranty coming out of her bank account. I contacted Budco, they flat out said they dont cancel warranties or give refunds and to contact the dealership. They took 7 payments out and will not communicate with me regarding this matter! My moms vehicle was repossessed after she passed, so extended warranty was paid for a vehicle that was no longer in our possession and from a person who is no longer here. Horrible service! I was hoping for a peaceful resolution to this matter

    Shyla Coleman: Michigan 1st was an awesome credit union when I was a member. Lately I had been considering reopening my accts there. Only issues I have are the locations are not really convenient and the way the ATMs are setup is beyond unsafe....That was my primary reason for closing my acct. I dont think that the person (s) who designed the drive up ATM thought about the safety aspect of having both machines on a wall where you have to wait for the person in front of you to finish their transaction even when youre done. That is a setup if you ask me. If someone pulls behind you, youre stuck.

    Shanna Bryant: This bank has TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve contacted this bank over 20 times within 2 months in an attempt to get a Lien released. Only to get transferred in literal circles. Unfortunately my loan was transferred to this bank. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do any type of business with this bank. They’re definitely not in compliance. The reps and mangers are not properly trained. They took my money and never release my lien to obtain the title to my vehicle.
