1 /5 Mark: Extremely disappointed with my experience at this credit union—especially with Assistant Branch Manager, Justin Ross. I came in with strong credit, income, and available lines far above what was requested, yet was only offered a $10K limit after requesting $40K. When I asked for clarification or reconsideration, Justin was unresponsive and lacked the professionalism I’d expect from someone in his position.
There was no sense of follow-through, no transparency in the decision, and frankly, the service felt dismissive. I can’t help but feel there may have been some bias at play, intentional or not. This kind of treatment reflects poorly on MSGCU as a whole.
If you’re looking for a financial institution that values its members and actually takes the time to understand their full profile, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
