Charles Schwab - Troy Bob Suminski: We need a couple of items regarding our IRAs addressed and need to speak to a consultant, Jacqueline Tran. We called her directly and left a VM, emailed her directly, called the branch number and no one answered and left a message and sent a message from the branch messenger on the web site and no one will respond. Has the Troy branch closed down? It is irresponsible and disrespectful to your customers to ignore them. We have had four different consultants in the past two years because consultants dont stick around which should have been a clue for us to move on. We are seriously considering moving our funds elsewhere where well get more respect after years of loyalty to Schwab.
