5 /5 Linda MacLennan: My husband Ron recently went to the Shelby Twp Office to make three different payments. After leaving, he attempted to open his car but the key fob would not work. The three ladies at the branch all tried to assist as one even went out in the bitter cold to help! Finally, after a half hour, one of the ladies was able to get it to work for him. This brings customer service to a whole new level! The staff there is always friendly and professional!

5 /5 Andrew A: Back in 2011 I joined OUR Credit Union as my first ever bank account. The branch was located at 12 and Campbell. Today, I live around the corner from this branch and its always a pleasure to walk into this branch. I forget their names, but I recognize their faces. Everybody here is super kind, nice, and they remember me. If I have a problem, they easily solve it. Its nice to bank with a smaller credit union instead of a big bank. I come to this branch every so often, and every time I do, it is a treat to interact with everyone here. Ive had car loans and personal loans from here and the rates are better than with any other bank. Some of the staff here came from other locations and they recognize me from the other locations as well. I will always use OUR Credit Union and I will continue to bank here. Thank you for continuing to operate the Shelby Township location.

Good morning can I put you on hold for a second? Sure, 20 minutes later call disconnects. I call back straight to message well be with you shortly, 30 minutes later message still playing on repeat. This continues for 4 days straight! If this is an accurate example of customer care, maybe I dodged a bullet!
