1 /5 Chris vaughn: Terrible experience when i was in this branch. Back in August… Went in to get change for a $20 bill and everything went smoothly but realized i needed two $10 bills and two $5bills at least. So i went right back into the branch within 30 seconds. And the manager saw me walking back in and when i asked another clerk for change for another $20bill i had, she walked over and told her “No” and the clerk said why and the manager repeated “No” i was confused but also very upset. Why is it always a sketchy situation when a young black male like myself goes into a establishment leaves… realizes he made an error and returned for some assistance he’s up to “no good”. after she finally responded to me why she denied me service she made up this bogus rule about you had to “Bank” with them in order to get “Change”…. When i literally just received change 1min prior. Joke was on her because i do bank with them… have been since i was 18 when it was national city… I felt targeted and Judged because i know when the doctors and nurses who bank with them from across the street at the hospital come in with their coats or scrubs on, this would not have been an issue… even the Clerk who was also black was confused as to why i had got denied and needed to input my credentials for service. Not all blacks are criminals and not all whites are racist but that manager needs to have a talking to. It was the morning of August 4th i remember because we buried my father that afternoon.
