1 /5 Christine Daughrity: This insurance company is horrible and their business practices are negligent and abusive. My home flooded in June 2021, and I filed a claim with them the same day that the flood occurred. It took them over 60 days to process the claim and over another 30 days for the first draw to be process. I am writing this review June 2022 and it has been over 12 months and this insurance company is still giving me the run arounds. My family and I have been sleeping on the floor for over a year and these people are still giving me the run around. Stay away and beware if you care anything about your mental health.

1 /5 Thomas Allen: If you are a homeowner with a lender based policy Proctol will not recognize you an an insured even though you are paying for their policy through your escrow account. Their insured is the mortgage company.

1 /5 Lyle Clark: They wrote a disbursement check to a deceased person and fighting me over it. How TF am I supposed to sign a dead persons name to cash a check worth thousands? They know I assumed the mortgage and insurance responsibilities for the mortgage and STILL SENT ME A CHECK THEY KNOW I CANT CASH. Pure scum

We called her directly and left a VM, emailed her directly, called the branch number and no one answered and left a message and sent a message from the branch messenger on the web site and no one will respond. Has the Troy branch closed down? It is irresponsible and disrespectful to your customers to ignore them. We have had four different consultants in the past two years because consultants dont stick around which should have been a clue for us to move on. We are seriously considering moving our funds elsewhere where well get more respect after years of loyalty to Schwab.
