1 /5 Christine Daughrity: This insurance company is horrible and their business practices are negligent and abusive. My home flooded in June 2021, and I filed a claim with them the same day that the flood occurred. It took them over 60 days to process the claim and over another 30 days for the first draw to be process. I am writing this review June 2022 and it has been over 12 months and this insurance company is still giving me the run arounds. My family and I have been sleeping on the floor for over a year and these people are still giving me the run around. Stay away and beware if you care anything about your mental health.
