Speaking with Jacob I had to spread the word about what his Gym can offer. Im a PF member however, his gym offered So much More to anyone from Novice to "Gym rat" to Enjoy. His impressive Physique is a testament to his knowledge, and I Encourage anyone interested to Google his website. Good Luck to the Saldana Family, it was a Pleasure to meet you All.

From a wonderful gym space that has everything you need, and some, to the wonderful owners who truly care about you and your fitness journey. Jakes attention to detail and programming has brought me back to lifting without any pain and really enjoying my exercise routine again. As a Physical Therapist, I am envious of Jakes ability to program and pick the right exercises for me. Great gym, and even better people.

5 /5 Jess Duncan: This gym has the best owners, coaches and members around. The moment you step in you feel right at home. The massages by Kara are incredible. She creates a safe and relaxing environment while also being an extremely knowledgeable body worker. 10/10 would recommend this place if you are looking for a new gym to call home, looking for an excellent massage therapist or both!

I met the owner and had a fantastic conversation with her before my appointment. Karas space was so relaxing and inviting, she was very informative and made me very comfortable!
