I am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional behavior exhibited by broker agents working from home. Over the past few months, I have had the unfortunate experience of interacting with several broker agents from this company, and the lack of professionalism has been consistently alarming.
During my interactions, I have encountered numerous instances where background noises, such as children screaming, people watching tv, speaking while listening to price is right in the background. Conversations with friends they have sitting there with them, not knowing they can be heard. All has disrupted our conversations. This has greatly diminished the credibility and trustworthiness of the company and the owner seems to take zero action. I find it baffling that the company allows its employees to work in such distracting and unprofessional environments, which clearly hampers their ability to effectively carry out their roles.
In my attempt to address these concerns, I have made multiple calls to the company to voice my complaints. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone directly, and I was left with no choice but to leave voicemails detailing my concerns. This lack of accessibility and responsiveness reflects poorly on the companys commitment to customer satisfaction.
Whats more concerning is that two others I know have faced similar issues and also attempted to voice their concerns through voicemails, only to receive no call back. It is evident that the unprofessional behavior stems from the fact that these broker agents are working from home.
I strongly urge the company to take immediate action and reevaluate its approach to remote work. Establishing a dedicated office environment would not only enhance the professionalism of the interactions but also improve the overall customer experience. It is disheartening to witness a company with potential fall short due to such easily resolvable issues.
In conclusion, I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the company to rectify its unprofessional behavior and prioritize its customers needs. By ensuring that broker agents maintain a high level of professionalism, regardless of their work location, the company can regain its credibility and trust in the eyes of its clients.
