I’m a physical therapist and she is always watching clients form and making modifications for those that need it. I love her energy and she joins you in the class to help motivate and encourage you with working out next to you! Her classes are outstanding!

Erica Parkin: I’m new to Pilates and since April’s studio opened two weeks ago, I’ve already taken 7 classes and signed up for a membership! I usually work out at home, but it’s been so nice to get out — the studio is clean, calming, and beautifully designed. I did the Peachy workout tonight and it was challenging in the best way. April is such a calm, supportive instructor who explains everything clearly and helps you feel confident. Highly recommend!

Michigan Adventure Boot Camp - Clinton Township

Jenivie McKevit: I used to play tennis for my college team and it has been years and I still play often but I wanted to ad something something extra to keep me in shape. I had a few of my friends mention the Adventure boot camps and they convinced me to sign up for one of their one month camps. When I was younger I could stay in shape by just playing tennis and now I feel like I need to do something extra to keep playing. This boot camp is just what I needed right now. The workouts are very intense and the special attention we get in our group was perfect. I also wanted to mention that David Krainiak is great, he really knows his stuff and he inspires confidence.

For anyone considering improving their fitness, I highly recommend looking no further and joining their program. Ive gained significant confidence in my workouts and in the skills Ive developed, all thanks to the guidance from Simply Fit Performance Center and Matt. Despite having no prior experience with formal workouts, I am now successfully lifting weights, learning new coordination techniques, and benefiting immensely from the teamwork and support Matt provides. I truly appreciate the dedication and expertise of the team at SimplyFit Performance Center.

Planet Fitness - Mt Clemens

ModelSupplies (ModelSupplies): I love Planet Fitness! It’s like a giant playground for adults, possibly kids, too? I don’t see kids in there. This is the cleanest gym to which I’ve ever belonged. I was happy to keep paying my dues during the pandemic-they didn’t need to ask. I wanted this place to still be there when the dust settled. They’ve improved it during that time, installing beautiful zero gravity massage chairs which are heavenly pods after a workout. Black card is the only way to go. This is also the most affordable gym membership I’ve ever had and that’s as black card member. There’s an infrared stand up light with vibrating plate that’s wonderful as well as a few different types of massage and unlimited tanning! Do you know how much I paid for tanning in the 90’s?! The people are great here, the staff and the members. I’m sooooo happy to be back! I feel like a billion bucks when I leave. Remember the “I am rich” commercial? Yeah, this gym is truly a luxury.

Anytime Fitness - St Clair Shores

James Frazier: Terrible customer service and after canceling services they still charge you. Do not go to this gym they will bleed you dry in court. Update: New management was able to resolve my issue with debt collectors for my wife and myself They went above and beyond to set things right before I go overseas for the Navy. If I wasnt moving Id come back to this gym.

Untamed Gorilla Fitness: This gym awesome! My son and have been frequently going for the past 8 months and gained a great boxing foundation along side being in a community. No egos in here. All are welcome .Everyone makes you feel at home. Thats what I like the most. Would definitely recommend to anyone on the fence about starting a boxing journey or just want to gain some confidence in general.
