The gym itself was very nice and clean with a lot of new equipment. I would love to come back here and get a membership started because of the great customer service and cleanliness.

5 /5 Jaime Wind: I used to be a member here but stopped coming for a while. After recently returning, I was so impressed with the improvements. The gym has new equipment and the whole space feels much cleaner and better maintained. I also had a problem with my key card not working, and the owner was incredibly helpful, going out of their way to get it sorted for me. If youre looking for a 24-hour gym with easy access and a fantastic owner, this is the place to be!

He was super helpful, respectful, and easy to talk to — really took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect membership fit for my schedule and goals. The gym itself looks great. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a clean, welcoming gym with great staff!

As someone who had never been serious about lifting weights before, I thought walking into a gym like this would be super intimidating—but it wasn’t. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful, from the coaches to the other people working out. What I really appreciate is how organized the workouts are. You can tell there’s a plan behind everything—nothing feels random or thrown together. The exercises actually make sense and build on each other. Plus, the coaches genuinely care about your form. They’ll correct you in a way that’s helpful (not embarrassing), so you’re not just avoiding injury—you’re actually getting stronger the right way. If youre on the fence, just go. 10/10 would recommend.
