As someone who had never been serious about lifting weights before, I thought walking into a gym like this would be super intimidating—but it wasn’t. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful, from the coaches to the other people working out.
What I really appreciate is how organized the workouts are. You can tell there’s a plan behind everything—nothing feels random or thrown together. The exercises actually make sense and build on each other. Plus, the coaches genuinely care about your form. They’ll correct you in a way that’s helpful (not embarrassing), so you’re not just avoiding injury—you’re actually getting stronger the right way.
If youre on the fence, just go. 10/10 would recommend.
