2 /5 Raymond Nicolai: The workouts are great. The guy who signed me up lied about the cancelation process. Dealing with the company that handles the contract are rude and do everything in their power to deny any cancelation attempts. I was told after 16 weeks I could cancel. That was a lie. You have to have a reason. Mainly medical is the only accepted reason.

1 /5 Lisa Dolney: Signed up for a 16 Week Fitness Challenge thinking it was the gyms program. Come to find out I was duped into signing up for a year membership with Fit Smart a marketing company and National Acceptance Company a third party biller. I am injured and cant cancel even though I asked to cancel on the 3rd day after I signed the contract and after I jumped thru all the hoops of having my primary doctor and foot specialist sign medical forms. You cant cancel unless you die or get disabled. I thought Syphus was a reputable gym looking at their reviews. But now I know from reading about Robert Smilanich the owner of Fit Smart Marketing and that they are a struggling gym. Stay away from Syphus. They keep company with predatory companies.
