1 /5 Sierra S: I wish I could leave 0 stars for this place do not go here they will steal your money and lie to you they have stolen $1000 from me and others even people I know I had to go in and show them they claimed it was there new employee stealing from people! When it was them! On top of that they have got not one but 3 different people audited and will not help you fix the problem they created! Do not trust them unless you want to be deep in a hole with the irs they steal and scam! The audit was because they didn’t send in all the paper work that they asked you for to even do your taxes and are taxes were clean just w2s Do not go here do not I promise you they will screw your taxes up they will steal from you don’t come here please for your own protection

1 /5 Nick Houston: Don’t go here !! They literally rip people off check ur guys refund !! They stole 400 from me. Got me audited from 2022 and also from 2019 and both times they said they’d fix it AND NEVER DID ! I literally got both audits 3yrs later! They act like they will fix it and never do. Worse place ever mind u I was going to them for 8yrs!! I wrote a fb status and so manyyy people said they did the same thing !!!

Charming Diva: When he got money from the ATM machine when to get my cash it wouldnt give it to me when inside the bank to let them know whats going on come to find out the machine has been giving people problems all day no notice on the machine to tell you not to use it so I told Megan Daly about the situation she literally was no help wasnt trying to help wasnt friendly in the tellers were telling her the machine has been down and not working and she act like she didnt care what is she there for if shes not going to help you I would not recommend her helping you at all because you can just tell shes not a good person

Char Mathews: They reprocessed my vehicle after I slammed my head at work and developed seizues and have to take care of a son who has stage 5 kidney disease and lost my job. I get it I owed them money from being behind. But they hired a towing company who jammed through my brand new fence at 3am to get to the vehicle in my backyard, and took it off the hinges. Now their trying to say I owe more money from the difference from hem selling the vehcile after reprocession. It prob had damage from the tow truck driver dragging it down my driveway by the drag marks he left. They should sue the towing company for the difference if the vehicle had damage they stoled my purse, my sons medication and over $1000 that was in the vehicle on my private property. They broke into my backyard instead of knocking on the door to get the vehicle lesvibg skin marks down ny driveway in a attempt to hurry and leave before they were caught. I called CUO at the time and showed them all pictures and they completely blamed me for the tow truck driver breaking into my backyard and stealing me and my sons personal belongings including life saving nedication for diabetes and stage 5 kidney disease medication. Heartless bank who wouldnt work with someone with a serious condition to help them pay off their balance and then expects them to pay 16k for a vehicle that was probably damaged when it was taken in a rush after they broke into my yard. Curious who else they did this too.
