1 /5 J N: Nightmare! Worst experience in a construction loan. Can never talk to the same person, and they’re never on the same page. Hard to get ahold of. Constant stress dealing with this company. They constantly ask for insurance paperwork, we provide it, and then they can’t process it. Our broker said it keeps getting assigned to different people, so every time we have a question, the person has no idea what is going on. Would never recommend, ever.

I have been trying to have my taxes fixed for over a MONTH! These 5 star ratings are false. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I just submitted my complaint to the CFPB. If you are having issues, which I know many of you are, go there and submit your complaint! They want to bend us over, we should make our voices heard!

Kathleen Field: Its not the branch I have a problem with its Huntington in general. I opened a new account a week ago Put money on my card yesterday for the first time used it a couple times and now my card is suspended something to do with it not falling in line with my spending habit so they suspect fraud but I just opened the account just put money in the account so you have no idea about my spending habits what habits are you basing this conclusion off of !!!??!! So now because its a new account my phone number wont be fully registered for another 30 days and I cant get my account activated over the phone I have to walk an hour away in the rain to the nearest branch because I dont have transportation this bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of existence I dont recommend if I could give no stars I would absolute trash
